Our staff of trained and experienced Service technicians is available for installation, start-up, training, preventative maintenance
programs and emergency assistance,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


When calling for customer service, please have the following information at hand:
  • Company name and location of your plant
  • Equipment name, model, and serial number found on the equipment drawings and the equipment nameplate
  • Complete description of problem (including all details, equipment drawing numbers, and measurements available)
  • Name of the person at your plant requesting assistance
  • Your telephone and fax numbers

+An additional charge is assessed for after-hours parts and handling, and a premium hourly rate is charged for after-hours service. For this reason, we recommend using the emergency phone numbers listed below for emergencies only.
