Applications Specialist

Plan, set up and conduct equipment tests for food and non-food products both in the test lab in Walla Walla and at customer sites.  Recommend configuration and performance levels for a specific product or set of products and recommend improvements, as necessary, to current equipment to the customer and the Sales and Marketing team.   Must represent Key in a professional manner and effectively communicate and interact with Key's internal and external customers to provide support to meet all expectations.

Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school, or five-ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo of education and experience. Computer/electronic experience or knowledge required.  Specific skill sets in Microsoft Office, file compression and image conversion, Window's OS or other OS systems like Unix or Linux required.  A valid vehicle operator’s license is required.  A valid passport is required.  Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time, sometimes to remote locations, in different time zones, with different cultures.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
