Key Technology Promotes Randy Unterseher to the New Position of Director Sales Operations

July 25, 2006 – Key Technology announces the appointment of Randy Unterseher to the new position of Director Sales Operations. Unterseher is responsible for bringing worldwide process coordination to Key’s sales and application engineering teams, including the introduction and implementation of new sales force automation tools to streamline internal and external sales processes. With a more robust and integrated worldwide sales process, customers will experience faster response times and a deep understanding of their production needs from Key.

Unterseher has been with Key Technology for 14 years. He began his career at Key as an Inside Sales Specialist and was promoted through various positions in sales, marketing, and management. Most recently, he was Sales Engineering Services Manager. Unterseher recently earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.

“To further my education and bring new value to Key, I’ve been studying state-of-the-art eBusiness practices to identify what tools Key and its customers would most benefit from,” noted Randy Unterseher. “Sales force automation will allow us to improve our customers’ experiences while simultaneously reducing our costs.”
