Key Technology Appoints Saeed Tasbihgou Managing Director of European Operation, Key Technology BV

June 12, 2007 – Key Technology, Inc. announces the appointment of Saeed Tasbihgou as Managing Director of Key Technology BV, the company’s European operation.  Tasbihgou is responsible for providing the operational leadership that brings Key’s automated inspection, specialized conveying, product preparation systems, and world-class service to customers in the food processing and industrial markets throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.  Tasbihgou is based at Key’s European headquarters in the Netherlands, which provides sales, service, and spare parts as well as an extensive application testing laboratory and manufacturing, engineering, and research and development.

Tasbihgou brings more than 20 years of business leadership experience to his position at Key Technology.  Most recently, he was Service Operations Manager for Philips N.V.  Previously, he was Managing Director and Senior Consultant with Techmash BV.  Prior to that, he held a variety of management positions with Apple Computer, Inc.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Saint Mary’s College and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from San Jose State University.
