David M. Camp, Ph.D
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Camp has been a director of the Company since 2006, and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2006. During 2005 and 2006, he served as a consultant with The Thomas Group, a military-oriented consulting firm, on an engagement with the U.S. Navy. From 2001 to 2005, Dr. Camp served as President of BOC Edwards Kachina, a worldwide supplier of services for advanced scientific instrumentation and systems for the semiconductor industry. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of International Isotopes, a contract manufacturing services company for the nuclear medicine industry, from 1999 to 2001, and as Vice President and General Manager of the Microelectronics Gas Process unit of Millipore Corporation, a leader in membrane separation technology, from 1998 to 1999. Between 1996 and 1998, he served as President of General Signal Corporation, Kayex Unit, an international manufacturer and marketer of silicon crystal growers.

John J. Ehren
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ehren has been Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2008. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Vice President of Global Operations of Planar Systems, Inc., a public company that provides flat panel display and system solutions for medical, transportation, industrial and retail applications. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Ehren held several senior-level financial officer positions with Planar, including Corporate Controller, Treasurer, and Worldwide Functional Controller. Between 1990 and 1997, he held Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Operations positions with two privately-held manufacturing companies. Mr. Ehren was employed by Ernst and Young, a public accounting firm, from 1985 to 1990, working primarily with manufacturing and software development clients.

John C. Boutsikaris
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Aftermarket
Mr. Boutsikaris has been Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Aftermarket since 2008, and served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2005 to 2008. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Pemstar Corporation, a global electronic development and manufacturing services company, from 2004 to 2005. From 1992 to 2003, Mr. Boutsikaris was employed by Agilent Technologies/Hewlett-Packard, a communications, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis company, in various capacities including Vice President of the Worldwide Channel Partner Unit, Worldwide Manager of the Channel Partner Program, Americas Region Manager of the Channel Partner Program, and Major Accounts Manager.

Joel Bustos
Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Mr. Bustos joined the Company in June 2010 as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Bustos served as Vice President of Operations for Aehr Test Systems, a designer and manufacturer of high-tech semiconductor test equipment. From 2002 to 2007, he was with Celestica Corporation, a provider of electronics manufacturing services based in Canada, where he served as General Manager of the Consumer Business Unit from 2003 to 2007, and as General Manager of the company’s San Jose facility from 2002 to 2003. Between 1997 and 2002, Mr. Bustos worked for Flextronics International, Ltd, a Singapore-based provider of turnkey manufacturing services to electronics companies, where he served as General Manager of New England Operations from 2000 to 2002, and as Director of Strategic Accounts from 1997 to 2000. Previously, Bustos served as Director of Operations for Read-Rite Corporation from 1996 to 1997, and as Director of Operations for Asyst Technologies, Inc. from 1991 to 1996.

Michael L. Nichols, Ph.D
Sr. Director, Research and Development
Dr. Nichols joined the Company in March 2010 as Senior Director of Research and Development. From 1994 to 2010, Dr. Nichols worked for Planar Systems, Inc., serving in several capacities. From 2008 to 2010, he served in a dual role as Director of Operations, and as Site Director of Planar SAS Command and Control Systems Business Unit in Albi, France. During 2007, he served as Director of Programs in Operations. He served as Director of Engineering for Planar’s Medical Business Unit from 2004 to 2007, and in the same role for the Industrial Business Unit from 2002 to 2004. From 2001 to 2002, Dr. Nichols served as Director of Sustaining Engineering and Customer Service. He served as Director of Manufacturing from 2001 to 1995 and, concurrently, he also served as Business Area Manager of Traffic Controls Displays from 1998 to 1999. He served as Quality Assurance Manager from 1994 to 1995. Dr. Nichols holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Randall L. Unterseher
Senior Director, Marketing
Mr. Unterseher was appointed Senior Director, Marketing of the Company in April 2009. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Director of Sales Operations, managing the Company’s global sales operations. Mr. Unterseher served as Sales Engineering Manager from 2001 to 2004, with responsibility for commercial and technical sales support of all product lines. From 1996 to 2001, he served as Product Marketing Manager of the Company’s Process Systems Division, and from 1991 to 1996 he served in the combined role of Sales Engineer and Product Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Unterseher worked for Western Fab and Finish, Inc., a specialty stainless steel fabricator and manufacturer serving the transportation, medical and dental equipment, semiconductor, and food processing equipment industries. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.
