Basket Wash

Key’s Basket Wash is our fresh-cut solution for low volume wash applications, and is ideally suited for short runs of a wide range of products. It is suitable for products ranging from leafy greens to florets, and from cabbage to cut root crops. The efficient and compact footprint recycles, minimizing water for cost effective washing and the simple design allows quick product changeovers and easy sanitation.

• Suitable for a range of volumes up to 900 kg (2,400 lbs) per hour
• Features two basket resting positions for draining after wash, returning water to the tank thus minimizing water consumption
• Flow valve allows variation of overhead spray pressure depending on the product characteristics
