Compact Dryer

Our Compact Dryer is ideal for shredded and chopped lettuce, leafy salad mix, cabbage, cut vegetables, herbs, onions and peppers. Designed for low volumes, the Compact Dryer features adjustable settings allowing you to maximize the shelf life of your product.
