Direct Stream™ Wash System
Key’s Direct Stream™ Wash System is an integrated, patent pending method of washing and centrifugally drying fresh cut produce. From Key’s Freshline group of products, Direct Stream™ ensures that cut products are “streamed” in a uniform and regulated manner through the wash to the centrifuge’s drums.
Direct Stream™ Wash Systems offers effective log reductions of bacteria by using multistage wash systems in series.
