When calling for customer service, please have the following information at hand:
- Company name and location of your plant
- Equipment name, model, and serial number found on the equipment drawings and the equipment nameplate
- Complete description of problem (including all details, equipment drawing numbers, and measurements available)
- Name of the person at your plant requesting assistance
- Your telephone and fax numbers
+An additional charge is assessed for after-hours parts and handling, and a premium hourly rate is charged for after-hours service. For this reason, we recommend using the emergency phone numbers listed below for emergencies only.
