Class Description:

  • Familiarization of all sub-systems including conveying, pneumatic, water, lighting, electronics, vibratory, belting, bed shift, vision (cameras), cutterwheels and operator interface. Operational set-up of sorting parameters and guidelines on optimal settings are explained. Troubleshooting, daily log sheets, preventive maintenance, maintenance schedules and system sanitation are also covered.
