Class Description:

• Training includes Iso-Flo® frame repair, bed repair, arm clip removal and replace, and bed replacement.

Class Duration:

• 2 days 

Class Outline: 

1) Frame Repair
a) Tub repair (cracks)
b) Prepping, drilling, gouging, purging, welding and finishing
2) Bed Repair
a) Weld preparation and procedures for 10 gauge to 16 gauge (Gas Metal arc and Gas Tungsten arc welding)3) Arm Clip Removal and Replacement
a) Weld preparation, setup and proceduresOther Class Notes:  Training at customer site requires mig and tig welding machine set up for stainless steel with a .035 wire and gas. Weld booth area is required for hands-on welding and a classroom with whiteboard is also needed.
