Like Iso-Flo® and Impulse™ vibratory shakers, Marathon transports product using a targeted, harmonic motion to move product forward.  Like Iso-Flo® and Impulse™, Marathon’s externally mounted drives act on a stationary frame, and StrongArm™ spring arm assemblies distribute energy equally to all parts of the conveyor pan in a controlled, natural-frequency operation.

Marathon extends beyond the 30-foot lengths that limit most vibratory shakers.  Available from 30 to 100 feet and more in length, Marathon showcases Key’s engineering excellence.   

Featuring two independent unbalanced motors that automatically synchronize while rotating in opposite directions, Marathon conveys product over extended distances with a single control point.  The self-contained drive systems eliminate moving parts and use of oil and are backed by a million-hour bearing life guarantee.
