Key Technology Introduces PROliance™ Online Training in Dutch, French, German, and Spanish
The PROliance Online Training Program, which was first introduced in 2008 in English, now includes up to 60 modules in each of five languages. Training modules cover the hardware, software, and user interface of Key G6 sorters – Optyx®, Tegra®, and Manta® – as well as ADR® Automatic Defect Removal systems and Iso-Flo® vibratory conveyors. Since not every module is available in every language, customers should contact their account representatives to discuss their specific needs.
Compared to in-person onsite training, Key’s web-based training program is affordable and available anytime, on-demand. It enables companies to effectively train employees when needed – before the equipment is installed, when new employees are hired, or when certification or re-certification is needed.
PROliance Online Training improves the consistency of training because employees across the company, regardless of location, receive the same training. The program reduces training time and improves retention because it can be tailored to include only the modules that cover the topics that are most relevant to each specific job position from operators to maintenance personnel, sanitation crews, supervisors, and others. By expanding the knowledgeability of employees to better operate, maintain, and clean Key sorters and ADR systems, food processors are better able to optimize product quality and improve operating efficiencies.
Each module is designed to take less than 20 minutes to complete and is followed by a short test to verify the material is understood. To facilitate record keeping and proof of compliance with industry regulations and company policies, full reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS) is delivered.
Key’s Online Training Program is included in their PROliance suite of services and support solutions designed to keep Key’s installed base of equipment operating at peak performance. Each of the three protection plans – SelectPRO, PlusPRO, and PremierPRO – available via annual subscription, include access to Online Training. Customers not participating in a PROliance protection plan can access these training modules as a stand-alone program.
