Manta® features the flexibility of camera-only, laser-only, multiple wavelength laser capabilities, or a camera- FluoRaptor™-laser combination for the most comprehensive sort possible. Despite its underlying technical sophistication, the machine is elegantly simple to install and operate—with no compromise in performance.

Raptor lasers, Raptor multiple wavelength laser combinations and FluoRaptor™ fluorescence-sensing lasers maximize high-throughput sorting effectiveness. Enhanced detection and removal of defects, foreign material (FM) and extraneous vegetable matter (EVM)—as well as superior differentiation between good product and unacceptable material—mean maximum quality and yield.
