Manta® Laser / Camera Sorters
Designed for maximum capacity and high performance, Manta targets and removes defective product, foreign material (FM) and extraneous vegetable matter (EVM). Increasing production capacity while maximizing product quality and food safety, this high-capacity, on-belt sorter is available in two widths.
Manta features the flexibility of camera-only, laser-only, multiple wavelength laser capabilities, or a camera- FluoRaptor™-laser combination for the most comprehensive sort possible.

The Manta 1600 offers best-in-class performance due to 0.5 mm camera resolution and sub-millimeter laser resolution providing the vision component to Key’s intelligent G6 sorting engine.
